Working Process

1. Dough Preparation

Wheat flour, semolina (suji), or a blend is kneaded with water and oil. Optional automatic dough kneader improves efficiency.

2. Sheet Forming

The dough passes through rollers to form a thin sheet (adjustable 0.5–1.2 mm) ensuring proper puffing during frying.

3. Cutting

A rotary cutter stamps out round discs (typically 30–40 mm dia). Size can be adjusted based on requirement.

4. Collection

Cut puris move forward on a conveyor belt. Scraps are separated automatically and reused in the dough.

5. Frying (Optional)

The machine delivers raw discs ready for frying. Frying is generally performed separately to ensure uniform crispness.
